Ali Lodise (she/they) is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Pilates instructor, dancer, and educator who integrates movement, wellness, and community in their work. With a background in dance and over 450 hours of comprehensive Pilates training, Ali specializes in holistic care for dancers, athletes, and individuals seeking strength, recovery, or pelvic floor support. They serve as adjunct faculty at Stockton University, mentor Pilates apprentices at Drexel, and lead with purpose as President of Woman Within Eastern USA. As a queer clinician, Ali is committed to creating affirming spaces and fostering authentic connection in every aspect of their practice.
